Our Verdict
The language ‘up to’ always makes me worried. I doubt we will see any of the above listed at that full discounted, but maybe I will be surprised. Last year DoorDash & Instacart were a 15% discount for example.

Just got 9 Uber gift cards
My Staples had $25 Doordash and Uber cards marked on the rack as on sale for $20. I bought more than 5, and there did not seem to be a limit.
Went to staples today. Got 5, $25 uber eats gift cards. 20% discount. They told me limit was 5, but I didn’t verify.
They told me that they also had instacart, and grubhub (I think the sales associate meant doordash) gift cards discounted.
The discount isn’t marked, but it will be applied at checkout.
When I bought a doordash gift card today, there was no marked discount, but it did offer 20% off at checkout, with no quantity limit.
Damn im a grubhub guy. For some reason there are 3 restaurants that i actually like. Always have $5 off between 2pm-6pm and no requirement to activate it. So i can just add a $5 item and its free but off course i wouldn’t do that. $5 lunch thanks to grubhub…

The only way I see to save for Chick Fil A is the occasional 10-15% boost on the cash app.
Few years back there was Chase offer for 10% back on chick-fil-a purchases. I bought $50 card then. That was the only time I got discounted card.
Have a car and live in a very urban area so can’t use these merchants at all….
FYI: You can order ahead and pick up DoorDash and/or Uber Eats. The gift cards aren’t just for deliveries and tend to play nicely with the occasional promos and discount codes that the companies release.
Uber eats and doordash are all marked up now. Unless you find a rare restaurant that doesn’t mark up the menu you’re better off paying cash if you’re picking up.
Fyi…Payce app offers 5% cash back at Staples. I’m not sure about Gc’s. Have a blessed rest of your day.
