Are there multiple versions? Mine clearly states Delta Marketed flights ie operating carrier doesn’t matter?

Get a one-time $150 statement credit by using your enrolled eligible Card to spend a minimum of $600 in one or more purchases for Delta marketed flights booked online at AmexTravel.com by 4/30/2023. See terms.

Generally speaking, you need to add the offer no later than the day you make the transaction, because the transaction date when the charge posts is usually the day you made the purchase (not the date it posts to your account).

There is another Amex offer for $150 off $750 on Delta website, but requires round trip from JFK or BOS to LHR, CDG, DUB, or TLV.

Did this work? Wouldn’t AmexTravel.com see that the trip is canceled? And can you even cancel it on Delta’s side and get Delta credit?

Yes but I believe you would still have to rebook through Amex Travel (and idk if they would claw it back, presumably Amex has visibility into cancellations)
