Xfinity just announced that Peacock is free again for Platinum and Diamond level. So now I have two subscriptions.

Does anyone have an estimate for how long this promotion will run? How long did the last promotion run for? I’ve got Peacock through the end of August, but might sign up earlier to lock in the discount.

It looks like you can immediately cancel the plan to prevent it from auto-renewing after a year, has anybody done so and can verify that you don’t immediately lose access?

Yes, I did that with a 12 month offer last year.

Didn’t work for me. I used the direct link and the updated code from the post and it said the offer is not applicable to me. Terms and Conditions mention that you need to be a new Peacock Premium user (didn’t try creating a new account) and a Macy’s rewards holder. Not a big deal for me as I do get the $5 monthly back from AmEx Platinum, as part of the $20/month credit, but it could have freed the money for something else.
