Shopify has launched a rewards program called ‘Shop Cash’. Users will earn 1% back in Shop Cash on purchases made through the Shopify app. Shop Cash can then be redeemed for purchases on the Shopify App.
I actually like this app, this new rewards program isn’t the most reward ever but it’s easy to understand and should be easy to redeem the rewards as well. Hopefully we see promotions from time to time that make this more valuable.
App only, not via website? annoying.
Do you have to by stuff from a Shopify store to use this ? Or is this more of a shopping portal? Not a Shopify guy but they’re obviously a fairly big deal.
If there’s solid incremental value here I’d consider adding it to my flywheel.

Depending on where you redeem, you can get up to 10X the earned amount. Rewards expire pretty quickly though, within a couple of months :/

Nah, the rewards age out based on when they were earned. So diff amts would expire at different times.
That’s annoying
Nope :/ it’s a 90 day expiration, redeeming points is what resets the time. Seeing some offers up to 50X today in the Shop app (with minimum purchase…) but still, not the worst value if it’s something you’ve been wanting
