In store only for all H‑E‑B gc deals. Probably a good thing cause if online these sales would go out of stock fast. No fees.

You need to use the H‑E‑B app, clip the coupon, then scan your member card code when your purchase.
The H‑E‑B gift cards are available at the register (literally between you and the cashier).
I have redeemed this once before.
