Consider if you NEED an annual subscription. I subscribe monthly September through January. It was only $10/month last year, but even with the increase to $15 you still save $5 if you don’t use it during the off season.

Non-tech savvy here, can I use VPN and make my location near Denver to watch Broncos games online as my “local” team? No desire to watch Commanders here in DC. Thanks

I think you can. I experimented with the Pittsburgh Steelers and my VPN with Pennsylvania and it seemed to work. I bought the annual plan. I watched their first pre-season game and even if I can’t see some games NFL Red Zone is worth the $80 to me.

Generally, you’ll need to use the VPN on a computer, not cell or tablet, to watch your choice of games through the browser; NFL+ app will not run with VPN engaged.

When it says “live primetime”, does that have any relevance to games exclusively on Amazon Prime, ESPN+ and Peacock?

The appeal here is red zone as a stand-alone without cable or a streaming service

Agreed, which makes the yearly for $79.99 not really worth it. $14.99 a month, for 4 months (the NFL season) is $59.96, over 25% less. Unless you have some reason to still want NFL+ Premium after or before the regular season, this deal isn’t great. I think the NFL is just hoping people don’t do the math. You save over the monthly price, but who’s paying for NFL+ in April?

Yup. Regular season starts Thursday 9/7 and ends Sunday 1/7/24. I don’t think they do a Monday night game the final week. 4 months it is.

The Thursday 9/7 game is not on NFL Network or NFL Red Zone, so you don’t need it until the first Sunday.

You can watch, without any commercials, any past games. Great if you want to watch any previous games.

only downside is you have to watch on your tablet :/ I think they block AirPlay, unsure about if you plug your iPad in via HDMI.

Can you use airplay to send to tv from iPad?

It worked for me but I read the NFL has a way to block that during the regular season. If that happens I’ll just watch the game on my iPad.

I think they usually block it :(. It’s because they have different deals for different platforms. IE YouTube owns the TV rights, so we get mobile only.

If anyone knows of a workaround, let me know, otherwise may be pirate streaming again.

It’s a great price if you use redzone. Which you should if you like football. 7 hours of lots of entertainment every sunday. 100% worth it.
