“For the purposes of this promotion and bonus offer, consecutive nights at the same hotel constitute one stay (even if you check out and check back in). ”

This is confusing me – does this mean it has to be 3 nights across 3 different stays? Which would mean that the promotion is really 3k points every 3 stays instead of 3 nights.

Seems like that clause was left in from last year’s promo where you could only earn bonus points starting with your second stay. Poor job by Hyatt.

I see. So ‘stays’ in this sense are meaningless? It’s just a total count of nights regardless of how many stays they are spread out amongst?

I wish it was clear what are and are not the 1500 “participating hotels.” Is that nearly all of the available Hyatts?

Lol no Hyatts are included in US outside California and Illinois except one in Indiana.

That’s only for the credit card bonus. I believe most hyatts are included in the regular bonus

I’m curious where the list of the 1250 hotels is for the main bonus. I don’t see a link on the promo page. The link on the page is for only 550 hotels for the credit card bonus, and the list of 550 is a joke for the most part.

It’s every Hyatt for the main promo. They just use it as an opportunity to market to you how many (few, compared to Hilton/Marriott/IHG) properties they have worldwide.

Wow good looking out. That’s a pretty ridiculous list of participating hotels.

I have a stay booked at a Hyatt Place 10/25-10/29 on points. The terms say “an “Eligible Night” is defined as any night where a member is paying an Eligible Rate or redeems a free night award.” Would my stay on points qualify under the free night award? And do you think if I registered after booking my travel I would still get the bonus points since my stay is during the promotional period?
