be careful. I added this offer to my account, spent 3 x $50, but didn’t get any credit. contacted amex and was told there’s a glitch in their system. all of avail offers were redeemed even though it is still showing as avail in my account.

Already? I just got mine yesterday in my Amex offers along with an email confirmation. I have until March 4, 2024 to use. How would the CS even know if someone was targeted and can they really see how many people have added it?
I asked them over the chat feature. They were able to confirm the offer was available on my cards, but proceeded to tell me the max was met for the offer.
So are they saying you can add the offer but you will not get the credit because the max was already met?
