All appear to be very low end resorts. Wouldn’t chance it on any of them.
Anyone done the research as to which 15k properties is the nicest/best/most cpp on average?
Reviews are below with pictures. CPP will fluctuate on timing and there are a lot of properties in Jamaica. Its YMMV and easy enough to check yourself.
Grand Cornwall in Jamaica seems the highest but still looking at $225/night in January.

Curious what they charge for kids as it could be a low-expectation cheap get-away compare to say a Ziva charging $125/kid/night
It may not be which property as much as it may be when the booking date is.
It’s a constant 15k redemption as rates go up and down over time at each property.
I just looked at a bunch of reviews on trip advisor. The TLDR is that most of the reviews for the well reviewed hotels, look to be faked. Generic descriptions abound of how great the hotel and staff are (or multiple reviews call out specific staff by name, such as ‘Jose the bartender was excellent’). The reviews are mostly from accounts that have the same naming convention (e.g. @234235mikeG) and a single review for the hotel they ‘loved so much’, including some who say the same thing in english and spanish (who takes the time to write a review in 2 languages?). Looking at some of the pictures though most of the 15k hotels look sketch and small. the reviewers look to have pictures taken of ‘themselves’ by a photographer who probably went around photographing random hotel guests.
I always recommend people to try and find youtube videos of the resorts. That way you can see it vs reading about it and can make a better judgement.
Thank you for digging into the reviews for us 🙂
Looked up all these hotels on Trip Advisor. It appears their names have changed over time, the names below are as they appear on Trip Advisor. I grouped them by their cost per night, and then sorted by rating. Note however, that trip advisor reviews maybe bought/fake as at least some other websites had more negative reviews (for example; for Isla Coral https://www.expedia.ca/Rincon-De-Guayabitos-Hotels-Decameron-Isla-Coral-All-Inclusive.h36754420.Hotel-Information)

Just looking at the pictures on TripAdvisor tells me they are low end resorts.
