Credit card issuer Imprint has partnered with Turkish Airlines to launch the Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles Premier Visa Signature Credit Card. Card details are as follows:
- 40,000 mile sign up bonus after spending $3,000 within 90 days of account opening
- $99 annual fee not waived first year
- Card earns at the following rates:
- 3x Turkish Airlines Purchases
- 2x Dining, Grocery, Lodging/Entertainment
- 1x on all other purchases
- Metal card if you’re one of the first 5,000 people approved
Our Verdict
Not sure how difficult it is to get approved with Imprint or if there are any specific rules. Currently they issue the H-E-B card. Unfortunately Turkish Airlines devalued recently.
They recently devalued miles. You need 50k or more to fly from Europe to US, so the bonus isn’t enough for a one way award flight.
I can’t believe people are actually getting paid to conjure up such washed out garbage.
Turkish airlines is not trustable any more. They increase the cost of miles every year. This year they charge 10,000 more points for the same flight and give you less checked bag rights.
Last year I booked a ticket for 40,000 miles + $100, for the same route they charge 50,000 miles + $200 this year. and give you one pieces of checked bag right instead of 2 pieces.
FYI: Somewhat similar to Cardless, Imprint only allows one active card with them at the moment. However, they do allow you to close one and apply for another product. One active card policy probably will change before the end of the year.
DOA just based on not waiving first year annual fee
The Turkish Airlines award chart says 40,000 Miles can only get you a one-way economy-class ticket from North America to Turkey.
This probably makes this the worst travel card currently in the market.

It seems most airline cards have gravitated to this uninspiring 3-2-1 reward structure. They must realize that if there isn’t some angle (such as a path to tier status), there is little reason why anyone would do anything other than collect the SUB and then punt. Next up, Air Latvia.
They should have released this before the devaluation, too late to trick us now
