Denied due to inability to verify identity with frozen Chex, looks like I’ll need to go in-branch.

I can’t get an online transfer to go through. Wealthfront treating this account differently, because its a business account? So what do I have to do? Write myself a check and take it into the branch?

EDIT: Looks like its allowing it. First business bonus I am going for, didn’t know if the process is different

Maintain an average minimum balance of $10,000 at 6 months (180 days) after the initial 30 days.

Anyone know is it 30days plus 180 days or 30days plus 150days?

Got declined with this reason:

We regret we cannot open your account and/or add your name as an owner/signer on an account. We were unable to verify your identity or other personal information at this time. Please visit a Branch to complete your application.

I guess I will need to stop by a branch to complete it…

I opened the personal checking in Jan 2023, received the bonus in Apr 2023, and closed the account in July 2023. I applied for the business checking as a sole prop with my SSN yesterday, and I got approved today. I see in the comment below that someone else was denied due to the previous bonus, but I guess my case is the counter DP.

So, this is what the disclosure says: “Checking account rewards are limited to one per Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number per twenty-four (24) month period.” It’s kind of vague as it doesn’t specifically say if this rule applies to the both personal and checking accounts simultaneously.

Do we need EIN to open, or SSN can also work?

Pita

I was able to open it as a Sole Prop using my SSN. See my other details below.
