My clown experience
Randomly put a card with money, set the pickup time at 9:30 PDT. It said the offer expired(maybe they used eastern time).
I changed to 9:00 and pressed pay, but the offer code was deleted in the last trial so I was fully charged.
And the card does not have the best reward rate.
Mobile ordered and picked up my free beach day scoop just a few hours ago. My local store only had two employees juggling both the DD & BR sides of the store and were clearly swamped by this promotion.
Even though I ordered before arriving, the wait was unbelievably long due to people not having basic user literacy and treating Dunkin cashiers as IT support. The family in front of me refused to enter payment info in the final step of mobile ordering and tried to sweet talk their way into free scoops before giving up and leaving.
Looks like I am able to complete an order on Desktop. No App required.
Unrelated but all of the few Dunkins which had BR in my area have removed the BR.
Yes, most in my area did as well. Fortunately, I can be near one today that still has it.

I’m not seeing a way to order a single scoop in the app. Just quarts and cakes/pies. I wonder how this will actually work?
Skill issue. You have to select a BR that’s actually open for this to work.
Actually, it’s a coding issue. The app should show the Scoops option and have it crossed out or otherwise disabled, rather than not showing it when the location is closed.
Melt insurance? Why, they already solved the problem with unmeltable ice cream 😏
