If I activated this offer and spent just over $400 but used CSP with the $50 Hotel Credit would that be ok? or would the credit less the min spend?
I highly suspect, based on how they code this, that it would just check.
If chase travel and amount charged>400, give credit.
So how much did they charge to your card?
$408.54. Strange, it has been 9 days and the $50 credit still has not posted.
anyone who booked using this offer get their 10k yet? i booked in october for a stay in november and haven’t gotten the 10k and i see a reminder saying don’t forget to use the offer.
Me too. Booked hotel on Chase Travel $501 10/9 and completed stay 10/15. No bonus points. Have called Chase twice and they escalated to no result. Will try their online contact form next. Anyone have success?
No success here for me or my P2. Via secure message I sent them screenshot proof of the offer and my enrollment, the chasetravel card charge and the dates traveled, and got a confusing reply saying I met the criteria and they issued a statement credit, but I think they are referring to the Chase Offer for $100 off chase travel and not the additional bonus points. P2 hasn’t had luck with asking about it either. I think this one is going to go down as a vaporware scam bonus in my book..
Can Chase Travel credits count towards the required minimum spend for this offer? The fine print mentions points can be used in combination with cash, but don’t count towards minimum spend. No mention of statement credits though.
After enrolling, can folks see this offer activated in the account anywhere?
It doesn’t show up in my “card wallet” nor have received a response to my secure message.

I got this on 3/3 Freedoms and 2/2 Inks:
“Eligible cardmembers… can earn either 20,000 bonus points when they purchase a hotel stay through Chase Travel totaling at least $500 or 10,000 bonus points when they purchase flights, car rentals, cruises, activities, or tours through Chase Travel totaling at least $500 in a single transaction.”
I was rubbing my hands together at the prospect of a ~30% discount vacation until I saw the final caveat:
“This bonus can only be earned once per cardmember, regardless of how many eligible cards a cardmember has, and will be awarded to the eligible card used to activate this offer.”
Fine print – “eligible cardmembers who have NOT purchased travel through Ultimate Rewards/Chase Travel since 08/15/22”
Have a trip booked on CSR. Offer available on a Chase ink which has no trip in Chase portal. Should work? Help

That’s for the 20000 point offer I believe. The fine print for the 10000 point one doesn’t have this requirement.
