I’m not familiar with Pepper. Can you cash out points? Or do points only work towards future gift card purchases?
If latter, it would be roughly equivalent to spending $100 to get $100 GC + $20 towards future GC, or 16.66666% discount instead of 20% off (yes, math gets more complicated if you apply points to future discounted GCs).
Well, I guess we should hold off on buying this then as Pepper might give us a better deal in the future.

Is it max 3 per order or lifetime on your account? I bought 1 digital today and tried to buy another, and it told me I couldn’t.
I bought all 6 in same order (3 digital and 3 physical) yesterday. Maybe once you checkout you can’t use offer anymore so has to be in same order?
The $25 and $100 digital cards are also 15% off. Actually, even the physical $25 is 15% off.
