how/when will i know if it tracked successfully?
There is the Shopping Trips [Beta] link in the hamburger menu for you to check your shopping trips. Once a trip is tracked, you should see it under Trip with purchases. How long it will take varies by the merchant. Also, Capital One may send you an email notification that you have cashback on the way once a shopping trip has been tracked, but it does not always happen.

is it smart to just do a bunch of these or should you spread it out? i read here about people getting their balances wiped.
my tracking status for all of these changed from pending to inactive today for all of these, anyone else see the same?
It should be a temporary glitch. It happened to me before, and the status went back to normal later.
Got almost $200 for Ollie then $147 for spot and tango
I also recieved the $147 targeted offer. When checking out, I used Cap55 which was advertised when clicking through the link. During checkout, capitalone seemed to remove the code in order to test other coupons. They were only 30% off vs 55%. I favored the higher discount but afraid it may not track as a result. It’s been 24 hours and no update from Capital one yet. Hoping to see an update within the next day or two.
Consumer Cellular also shows $62 cash back right now, for a phone plan with an advertised price of $20/month
Hard credit pull though
$35 cash back for the Famer’s Dog tracked pretty quickly. Originally it was $25 cash back, while on the site, popup shows $35 cash back. $14mm.
Got $147 targeted email for spot and tango.
$28 Order for the 2-week trial. The terms: Exclusions Apply:Only eligible on new trial signups. Payout should be Feb 5. I rescheduled the upcoming delivery so it’s charged and delivered AFTER Feb 5. I also used a single-use virtual card. $119 MM if it works.
I have had very little success with Capital shopping tracking my purchases. Their customer service is very good though; unless its worth your while to screenshot everything and submit proof for all your purchases, save your time and $
If you’re doing Capital One *Offers* (not Shopping), customer service is nonexistent. C1 Offers has no direct phone number, so you have to call the bank, and they have no idea what C1 Offers even is, and, and they just keep rerouting you from one department to another for an hour or so before promising to “investigate further” and hanging up.
By default, the offers are linked to your credit card. Call the phone number for credit card, then ask them to transfer you to the Exclusive Products Servicing Rewards department. I did this before and was able to get a missing cashback issue resolved.

Yes, I’ve done that, but it only works if you have a C1 CC. I have deposit accounts with them but no CC, and I’ve basically been told I’m SOL.
Nothing tracks
They removed Walmart as a redemption option again? Definitely not worth it to me considering there is also risk the offers do not properly track.
