The Fine Print

- A Qualifying Transaction can be completed by using Samsung Pay to authorize payment with a Qualifying Card Only one Qualifying Transaction per three (3) minutes will count toward this Offer; if multiple transactions are made within three minutes, only one will count toward this Offer
- $15 Samsung Rewards Visa® Prepaid reward card will be digitally added to Participant’s Samsung Pay account

I doubt many of us have a USAA card in our wallet (besides the limitless if you can get it). You don’t have to go dig it out of your card pile to add it to Samsung Pay. Just open the USAA app, go the credit card you want to add, and choose Add to Samsung Pay from the 3-dot menu in the upper right.

I can see it under “Promotions” on all of my SP phones, even though I don’t hold any USAA cards.
I believe that was also the case for the CapOne promo.
