• Excludes Rover Store or Rover Goods purchases made at https://store.rover.com and all services in Canada.
• Not valid for e-gift card purchases.
• Valid only on purchases made in US dollars.

Our Verdict

Some people use Rover a lot and this should be useful. Doesn’t look like there’s any way to lock the discount in for the future since the terms exclude gift card purchases.
