I already used up my $100 Visa gift card offer, I’ll probably just buy $200 gift cards in store for, these cost $6.95 a piece. I’ll ask the cashier to do a split payment so that I can use two enrolled American Express cards per $200 gift card. Here is the break down if I can successfully do a split tender:

• Purchase one $200 gift card with $6.95 fee: Total $206.95
• Use two enrolled American Express credit cards and ask the cashier to do a split tender. $40 in statement credits + rewards points on my American Express cards
• I’ll also have the $200 Visa gift card

In the end I’ll profit $33.05. If I can only use one card per transaction this would be cut to $13.05, although I could just purchase a $100 gift card for $1 less making it $14.05 profit.
