Our Verdict

I feel like we’ve seen better prices on a lot of the Amazon devices before. Echot dot 3rd gen with the smart plug at $29 looks like good value. I’m personally not part of the smart home army just yet, I think I’ll wait for devices to improve and some of the privacy concerns to become clearer before jumping in. Keep in mind most portals pay out at a high rate on Amazon devices, so while we appreciate the support using our links doesn’t make sense. For example Topcashback is 10% back on Amazon devices.
