Worked for me. At first it didn’t work but then I realized it was user error because I had added some suggested items at the bottom of the screen of the original item, and they didn’t qualify for the 25% back. I just had to make sure that all the items had the little 25% back green tag below the Prime logo next to the price when viewing the page for that item.

I ran into a similar issue yesterday. I loaded my cart with $100.xx worth of items and tried to check out. No discount. Added an additional $75+ worth of goods and the discount appeared. I didn’t need the extras, so I called customer service to report the issue of not getting the discount. I was told a ticket was being submitted to the back office and to try again in 48-72 hours. Within 2-3 hours, it was working. $25 discount on $100.xx worth of items. Delivery arrived today.
