Amazon announced their Prime Big Deal Days 2023. It’s a sale event for Prime members to kick off the holiday shopping season, and it will take place on October 10th and 11th, beginning 3 a.m. EDT on the 10th. You can see the full press release here. They ran a similar event last year as well in October.

This reminds me of an episode of Little House on the Prairie when the wife of the local storekeeper wanted to raise the prices of items in their store 30% so she can offer customers a discount of 20% (or something like that). That’s pretty much what amazon is doing with some of these deals.

as expected, prices of the GPUs, NVMe SSDs and a bunch other things went up or are at higher prices than other places like Newegg, Walmart and Target during these Prime days

definitely not prime day for me. maybe just 2 rip off days for Amazon
