Update 11/24/21: These deals are back.
Many retailers have the older Bose QC35’s at $179. Note: there are two newer versions – the Bose 700 and now the Bose QC45, but this is a good deal on the older model. (affiliate links below)
- Buy on Amazon; there’s also a promo on the black color to get 10% back if you use the Amazon Prime credit card (5% + 5%)
- Buy at Bestbuy.com
- Buy at Bose.com; on the Bose site it indicates that this offer will be around until December 4th, hopefully that’s the case for Amazon and Best Buy as well; I’m seeing an offer on Bose.com to input email address and get $20 off first purchase of $199+, so that should work to bring the price down to $179 if you never purchases before from Bose.com. There’s also an Amex Offer for $300 off $200 at Bose (useful if you’re buying more items)
- B&H
- Adorama; there’s an Amex Offer for $25 off $250 (useful if you’re buying more items)
- Target.com
- (I can’t find the QC35 model on Dell.com)
Nice deal, useful for holiday gifting. The longer holiday return window is available now for Amazon and Best Buy. Use a shopping portal at Best Buy for some extra rewards. Use the Amex Offers at Amazon and at Best Buy to buy these or use Chase Offer for Best Buy. Stack the Amazon deal with Shop With Points deals – for example, if you got the $60 discount shop-with-points offer, the price would drop to just $119.
Gone from Amazon and Walmart – got one at Target.com just now (phew) at 179
If you are military or an honorably discharged veteran, the various exchange websites have these for $149
I literally purchased these on October 30th and they arrived on the November 4th. Amazon support said they don’t offer price matches even against items shipped and sold by them and they wouldn’t credit me the $20 back despite the fact that I said it would be in their financial interest since I can just return the item and buy it back from Amazon at the cheaper price. They wouldn’t budge though and I did just that.
Worked for me on airpods that dropped in price
Don’t ever waste your time with support trying to get a price match. They almost never budge. It’s much more convenient to just reorder. If the original hasn’t been, you can cancel it so you don’t have to drop off a return.
B&H lists Offer ends Nov 06 at 11:59 PM EDT.
Chase slate offering Best Buy 10% back in offers, up to $25
Can this be stacked with 5% Paypal Category?
No
Target has lower price now too. They adjusted for me. I bought them for $250 2 weeks ago.
Maybe Dell will match
With the Bose new customer coupon, you can save $20 on $200 or more (need to add a small filler to get to this amount). Stack with the Amex offer of $30 off $200 for more savings
Yeah, already added a note about this. I saw $199, so it should work without filler item
how can you stack? after 20 off, it is 180 and can’t use amex
I’ll add a note about the Amex Offer. I was referring to the $20 coupon.
When did Amex add the $30 off $200 offer? is it recently? I can’t find it on any of my Amex cards.
I have it on my Gold. I think I added it a while back so its been around
I got it about a month ago.
I noticed Amex only shows up to 150 added offers when I login via computer and 100 added offers from mobile app. I always tried to added those available offers first, so I have more added offers than 150/100. From the mobile app, I can see I added 210 offers, though I can’t see all of them. Does everyone have the same issue? How do I see all added offers?
Step 1: learn COBOL, the programming language of choice for “legacy” financial systems the world over.
Step 2: get a job with Amex. Get promoted a few times.
Step 3: figure out how to fix this from within Amex, because it’s annoying as all-get-out for every Amex customer.
Barring that, you have to copy the offers you added into a spreadsheet.
An alternative: pick a “sock drawer” amex card that you don’t use for everyday purchases. (If you only have one Amex, get another when there’s a nice bonus). For example, my SkyMiles gold card. Load all the “junk” offers you don’t plan to use onto that card; that will free up slots for your other cards.
