  • Similar to james and KM, $30 promo credit did not post for me. Total PITA trying to contact CS saying that I’m ineligible and that this would’ve been automatically applied at checkout, when the T&C clearly states I’ll receive it 30 days after shipment.

    Ended up asking for the supervisor, and they gave me a “courtesy credit” as if I didn’t do this promotion legitimately.

  • These promos never track or post for me automatically. I always have to contact customer service. They usually give me the credit, but I have the sense they are giving it as a courtesy credit rather than actually being able to verify I did the activity. I think I'm done with these

  • I had to fight to get my credit the last time this promotion was run… maybe easier to order through chewy just to avoid the hassle

  • lol yep, Chewy's promotion started today as well, I believe earlier in the day than Amazon's promotion as well. Can't speak for prices between the two but Chewy's customer service is amazing.

  • Has anyone had issues getting this credit automatically? It's been over 30 days, and I've had to contact Amazon's customer service

    • I did this deal a few months ago and had to contact support. My promo credit eventually posted.

  • my room mate just told me he tried and confirmed human pet supplies (ears, tails, mask, nose...etc of dogs, cats, rabbits...etc) don't count

    lol
