Our Verdict
Looks like these were released within the past month or two. List price is $49.99, and this is the first time it dropped below $39.99. I haven’t used them, and hopefully they are a solid entry-level option. I wrote about some other earbuds I’ve tried in this post.
These Echo Buds do not have noise cancellation. The 2021 version which has active noise cancellation is also on sale now for $64.99.
I will never, ever buy any Echo products or other “connected home” crap. It’s literally a monthly occurrence to see some major company with data breaches or with the employees themselves listening in on private conversations, spying on people in their homes, etc.
Pass. Pass pass pass. Hard pass.
