Heads up looks like your affiliate link is broken (though could be my proxy)

These have pretty awful reviews. I ended up purchasing some Anker Noise Cancelling Headphones yesterday for only $50 which are apparently great.

I used to have Sorry headphones. They weren’t very good.

Cool story bro.
FYI Sony has consistently been one of the top manufacturers of professional studio monitor headphones since the 80s. So, they have a pretty good track record overall, and still consistently put out the best quality in terms of headphones. The 1000xm4s are no exception, considering they’re praised as basically the flagship best Bluetooth cans out there by almost every reviewer.

These Sonys look good. Make sure you look at the different models so you know what you are getting. They have good reviews and are probably fine. You could just also buy the Bose for $199 and be certain you are getting industry-leading features and quality.

Sony has been industry-leading for headphones for decades, and the 1000xm4s are praised as the best Bluetooth headphones on the market by almost everyone, beating the Bose flagship.

I’ll take your word for it. I’m not a Sony hater. But the 100xm4s are $300 on sale. I’d go for those, but I wouldn’t chance it on the Sony bargain-basement models, unless you are looking to save a buck.

anyone have thoughts on these? Price seems right. I’m more concerned with sound quality for music than noise cancelling tbh.

Thanks much in advance!

The 1000xm4s are the cream of the crop in terms of NC Bluetooth headphones. Just google them and you’ll see how pretty much every reviewer recommends them as the best, especially in terms of sound quality. There are better headphones out there for just listening, but they’re not Bluetooth, and they’re not NC.

In the old days, we used to take long flights on planes where it is noisy. Now we just stay home.

Pretty good deal though. It’s a steal on this price range. In terms of sound quality my $50 audio technica m30x is way better and also has fairly decent noise isolation I guess because it’s wired by the way.

For traveling or work from home in noisy environments, they are worth full price – but these discounts can be pretty big. With point deals say $100 off here. Usually when something is ‘$100 off’ you wouldn’t buy it at full price.
