Is the promotion dead already? The banner isn’t showing for me anymore and the items in my cart that qualified earlier are no longer showing the 25% off.

This worked fine for me for quite a few items 6/21/21 and earlier today (6/22/21), but it seems to have stopped working in the last few hours. I don’t think this was supposed to end yet, so I think something’s broken.
How get the 25% off?
It is automatic but only on selected items there is banner on warehouse deals section
must be very selected as I looked up quite a few items across multiple categories and none had a discount.
Amazon Warehouse: buy an item that doesn’t work or is missing parts, return it to Amazon, then get banned.
Right? I used to get great deals but I feel like lately they’re not inspected properly and “like new” is nowhere near it
