Most American Express Blue Business Referral Links Now Showing $300 Offer

Referral links for the American Express Blue Business Plus and Blue Business Cash card are now showing the new $300 sign up offer instead of the old 10,000 points offer. The referral links got updated only a few hours after the regular signup offer changed, and even existing referral links seem to be all/mostly showing the new offer now.

If you value the $300 in credits more than the 10,000 points, this is good news since it means you can get the $300 and the referrer can still get their regular referral bonus. A lot of people will value the 10k points more, and that avenue is dried up at the moment.

Old referral links have all expired; you’ll have to generate a new one now. No referral links in the comments here. (I’m not sure there’s be many hits on a referral thread since I’d guess most will prefer the old 10,000 bonus which will hopefully come back after November 4th, so I’m thinking not to do one for this.)

Update: There are still some older Blue Business Plus referral links that show the 10,000 offer. Use that now if you want since it might not last.

Why would people prefer 10k points over $300? You’re crazy if you think MR are worth more than 3 cpp.

Edit: never mind

Does it mean that there is no minimum spending requirement for this “so called” $300 bonus? For previous bonus of 10k MR, I believe it was $3k MSR.

I’d much rather have the points. I was just ready to apply for this card and now everything has changed. Ugh!

I still have a link to the 10,000, if you’re interested.

There are still 2 links in referral thread for Blue Business Cash that shows $500 offer instead of $300 credits. If anyone was considering applying for that card with $500 offer, I suggest to do it now. Who knows, you might also end up getting these credits on top of SUB.

I just tried, and was showing $500 offer everywhere during application. Unfortunately, I got the pop-up.

Came here to find out who was valuing MR at $0.03 each, then realized it’s not a $300 cash bonus but are credits, so I got it. Wasn’t clear to me at first! lol

No idea if posting here is allowed, so I won’t, but my BBP referral link still shows 10,000 points.

I still have a BBP referral link that shows the 10,000 MR offer. My BBC link now shows the $300.

Older links appear to be showing the 10K bonus still. More recently-generated links updated to the new offer. No idea whether the old links would track or not.

Actually, I partially take that back. We have an old referral link that still shows the 10K offer on the BBP, but others of our old links have the new offer. Weird.

LMAO, that offer sucks! $300 but $100 each on one merchant that Amex has already chosen for you. It’s not straight out cash.
