I applied a while ago but not approved until today. I assume the original 125k offer is attached to my account. Is that correct?
I only ask because I already see the website has changed to 80k, despite the old expiration date.

I’m not finding a way to view/download this document from the Amex website after completing the application, however.
You could chat with an Amex agent, they can probably confirm which SUB offer you have.
Thanks a lot. I noticed after clicking through the current offer it said 80k but then the fine print still said 125k. So maybe someone just touched the splash page early, I will just let it go and see what happens.
Are people just getting the personal platinum with $700 fee just for the sake of cashing out at 1.1c per/MR am I reading this right from the comments below? I suppose otherwise you’d get the crappy .07/cent per MR cash or 1c per MR for travel right/?
Reason I ask is b/c I have biz gold offer of 175K w. min $15K spend in 3 months which is a lot so I was like what am I suppose to do maybe transfer out to Marriott?

Does the lifetime platinum sign up bonus rule apply for this? Is that still a thing and enforced across all of Amex’s cards? I had a vanilla plat like 7 years ago that I got a sign up bonus on. Can I get the Schwab plat and be eligible for this125k bonus or no?
Yes, lifetime platinum sign up bonus applies unfortunately due to recent changes they made all the platinum cards a family. Did you close the card? DP suggest that Amex “forgets” you have a card after ~7 years after close. Either way, you can go through the whole application process and it will tell you whether or not you are eligible for the SUB without a hard pull.

Well I amassed 300k MR with my business gold this summer with the intentions of cashing out with this card, but I’ve been in PUJ now since late July, trying again every 45 days or so. Putting tons of ad spend on the business gold and regular spend on the personal gold and Hilton card, still no luck. I did cancel my blue cashback card this summer, that was probably a mistake.
Should I try again next month then early January, or will applying up until the pop-up hurt my chances later?
Finally got approved over the phone with SUB, took a month of trying because their system to connect with Schwab was down
I have 290K in MR points and can not find any good ways to spend it close to 1 CPP. What’s everyone’s thoughts…is this worth adding just to get the 1.1 to Schwab for me? With this sub it would be 415,0000 MR points at a 1.1 to Schwab
Really depends if you can use the benefits on this card and want to use a 5/24 slot. Cash SUB is $1,375 – $695 annual fee ==> $680. Then add the value all the other benefits for you; this will be highly dependent on your Uber/Uber Eats usage, the $200 travel credit, $175 Clear credit, etc…
If you don’t have any other ways to get close to 1 cpp of value, for sure it’s a good idea

I currently have an upgrade offer for the regular Platinum on my Green card. If I get the Schwab Platinum, could I still take advantage of the regular Platinum upgrade offer as well?
I haven’t been looking at platinum for some time due puj, I looked at benefits today and boy its a circus. You need a written plan to make use of any benefit there. Streaming credit only for this (I want different streaming), audible was removed. Hotel credit is these properties only. Airline credit is a select airline, equinox gym is not in my area. Next time just put walmart coupons valid at 2 pm on Wednesday.
