Update 12/6/21: A few things to note, this is intended to be for American Express Platinum & Centurion cardholders only. In addition this is only a limited version of Point.me, rather than the full normal access. At some stage cardholders that aren’t Platinum & Centurion cardholders will lose access.

The Offer
- American Express cardholders are being offered a free trial of award search tool Point.me (formerly called Juicy Miles). Cardholders get access until 3/15/22
Our Verdict
It looks like this has been available since 9/15/21, but American Express seems to be more actively promoting it now. Personally I hate doing award searches, so anything that makes that easier is a big plus in my book.
Hat tip to blinyellow
I used this back when it was juicymiles and got fantastic value out of it. I booked my honeymoon using it flying international first and business class. Haven’t used it since the change over but will try it out.
I made a search on the points me came up britishairways 50k with 0 amount for taxes is it a mistake? Because on all other airlines there was a charge for taxes.
It works for Amex Gold. But only Amex points are calculated for trip purposes, so it might not be the best deals.
Does this work on non-MR cards such as BCP?
Far slower than the old Juicy miles site, which showed mult Hybrid mile options (obviously Amex is not going subsided Advertising competition cards booking options).
Even less appealing with the ohmycon variant changing travel again- was hopeful about travel after Delta seemed to be waning.
We have to book longer PTO trips 6-9 months out and it’s been a pain to spend time planning booking, cancelling and then spending time with CSR to get refunds – this year we are having to cash out 6 weeks of unsed PTO (cancelled trips). P2 has limited banked PTO roll-over each year.
Its terrible, I just tried it out right now and the cheapest flights its giving me for a specific business roundtrip journey is 230k miles and $800 in taxes. After doing a quick search with a Amex Transfer partner directly, i was able to find the same route, same dates, in business but with just 150k miles and $500 in taxes.
The fact that it asks you to transfer MR points to Qantas (which charges more miles and taxes) for an Emirates flight as opposed to Emirates Skywards itself (which is cheaper in both miles and taxes) is bewildering.
So yeah honestly youd be much better off saving your MR and doing the searches yourself. Or using AwardHacker
Joined this awhile back, it’s slow and sucks. Only shows flights available with MR. I guess its better than nothing., but its a huge step down from Juicymiles. Juicymiles was really nice, sad to see it go and/or morph into this.
My guess would be that this specific version is limited to MR transfer partners since AMEX is sponsoring it. But if you sign up for a general account I would assume you can view search results from a broader universe.
Juicy Miles sounds sus.
Is there a way to link this account with my Tastyworks brokerage?
A big plus in my book would be no more coupon books
I hadn’t gotten an email or anything about this but put the first 6 digits on my Platinum card in and got in. It’s actually a pretty nice interface, and I’d love to see them make this a permanent benefit (though I don’t see anywhere which says when this will end, so maybe it’s all TBD anyway). The only thing that sucks is it searches through all points bookable flights, but then filters them out and shows only flights you can book with MR points. E.g., I live near an AA hub, so when I search for flights to/from that hub, I see AA flights (and the amount of AA miles to book them) show up in the background while the “Searching…” box is up, but then they disappear. Obviously, I get why Amex is doing this, but given it’s searching those flights anyway, I wish they would just show them to us lol.
