Meh whatever happened to the Brilliant refresh?
IHG and Hotels.com have extended reward nights from June 30th to Dec 30th 2022 but Marriott has not.
It’s not a terrible deal, if you can’t get any SUB possibilities elsewhere and are a Marriott fan. If you realistically value them at 0.66 to 0.75 per FM (seems right).
This deal is even worse than it looks — you’ll be getting 0x unless that ridiculously high threshold is met. Why give it free publicity?
Eh, at .7 cpp the bonus gets up to 2.1%. That’s not exciting, considering spending $7500 in 52 days.
Or… just use you BBP and get 2x MR which you can transfer 1:1 to Marriott anytime you want. No min spend required. This is only helpful if you are using Marriott categories that you can’t satisfy with other MR earning cards.
Worthless.
