Our Verdict
Most people won’t apply for this card as it’s a business card (we’ll be posting more on how to apply for and be approved for business cards in the future) but it’s a good option for those looking for cash sign up bonuses. If you’re making a lot of purchases in one category (e.g restaurants) then the 3% cash back is particularly appealing.
One thing I do like about this card, is that is has no annual fee which is quite rare for American Express. Because American Express backdate new accounts to your oldest accounts age it’s always good to have at least one no annual fee card with them so you can increase the average age of your accounts.
The downside to this card is that you can’t earn the 3-5% on gift card purchases (and Vanilla reloads) which is one of the main ways people earn on the Ink Bold & Ink Plus. If you already have those two cards and are looking for another business card with no annual fee then this is a good option.
