I haven’t received the 5% bonus
should of bought miles during a sale...now I gotta convert some Amex...not a good use of Amex MR...but 15% is better than 0!

Lifemiles sent me an email saying "get a 5% extra bonus on your next conversion from Amex Membership Rewards, Citi ThankYou Points and Capital One Miles points to LifeMiles". I guess in total it will be 20% bonus.

American express has an AMEX offer for 20,000 MR when spending $1,000 or more on an ANA flight originating in the US.
