Our Verdict
There are tons of bundle options and also various portal rates on the different options. It looks like you can get a basic Disney+Hulu (with ads) bundle for $10.99 per month and then get back $7.50/7,500 from Rakuten or $10 from Shopback or $5 from Topcashback on the subscription (Rakuten link, Shopback link, TCB link). And so this should be a $10 moneymaker by signing up and using this AmEx Offer.
Another option would be to do the Disney+Hulu+ESPN unlimited bundle (with ads) for $29.99. Assuming you saved both the Disney offer and the ESPN offer on the same card, you should get $10.99 from the Disney offer + $10 back from the ESPN offer, and it looks like you’ll get back $15 from Rakuten. Those interesting in ESPN might find this option worthwhile.
I see these offers on my Blue Business Plus card, but not on my Blue Cash Everyday. Since the Blue Cash cards come with a regular monthly Disney+Hulu benefit, it’s unlikely those cards will be targeted for this AmEx Offer deal.
My shopback only gives me $8. Not sure why.
I have BCP, and it’s extremely rare that I get any of the offers mentoned here. I appreciate knowing about them so I can check, but it’s basically a waste of time.
Must be targeted. I didn’t get them on any of my cards, including Platinum.
Doesn’t look to me like one can stack the two offers for the $29.99 bundle that includes ESPN. Here’s the language on the $10.99 credit (note the specificity of the “THE Disney+, Hulu Bundle”):
“Earn a $10.99 statement credit after using your enrolled eligible Card to make a single purchase of $10.99 or more on a subscription to the Disney+, Hulu Bundle by 1/31/2026.”
EDIT: Disregard. Misread OP’s comment.
How do we know that both amex offers stack given that they are 2 different websites?
I signed up for this last night. The pending charge on my Amex is for “Roku TV”. I’ll report back after it clears to see if it changes to Disney+ or if it’s not honored.
This happened to me when I signed up through my roku on my tv. is that how you signed up too?
Got it on Aspire
ah shucks, didn’t think about portal bonuses last night when I signed up!
Is this actually ESPN or ESPN +? There’s a big difference. You can’t watch baseball games, playoffs, etc on ESPN +.
Got it on a number of AmEx business cards across P1 and P2. Not a bad offer, but also only $0.99 better than the benefit on the Blue Cash Preferred and less than the entertainment credit on the Platinum. The sweet spot is if you get it on one of those two cards, but I would expect they’re intentionally not targeting those cards with this offer.
