I booked a 15 pax van through Costco Travel, but it successfully linked to my Enterprise Plus account. A few days prior to pickup in Los Angeles, they told me the van was unavailable but gave me the option of a Ford Expedition Max for a slightly lower rate ($500 total). Added this to my Amex Green, got my 4,000 points and enjoyed my trip.
