- Last time around, some were seeing 3,500 points instead of $35 statement credit offer.

Offer only valid on room rate and room charges. Offer not valid for lodging stays that are paid for before the promotion start date or after the promotion end date.
Our Verdict
Terms exclude gift card purchases, but usually it will work if they sell gift cards at the front desk. Keep in mind this is only for Hampton and Garden Inn properties, not other brands.

1. Does Hampton Inn count as Hampton by Hilton? Brand/logo seems same as Hampton by Hilton.
2. Do I have to book at hampton.com for Hampton or does booking at hilton.com also work? I booked prepaid on hilton.com 🙁
Thanks!
Realized that terms say offer doesn’t apply to prepaid bookings. 🙁
Chuck, it’s not EXACTLY the same deal. This one also includes Tru by Hilton, while a previous one (on which you based this post) didn’t. So your T&Cs above are not quite correct for the current deal.
Thanks, updated
It’s live on Amex Connect this morning.
Got Offer!
CASH BACK!
There are other Hilton offers out there also. I have $60 off $300 for Hiltons in Mexico.
Can Confirm, I have same offer on Hilton Surpass card
same
Sweet. I got it and I check in to a Hampton tomorrow!
was only on plat yesterday, showed up on hilton card today
Love these hotel offers. Keep em comin Amex.
Of course I have travel at two Hampton Inn’s this month, and of course I didn’t get them on my Aspire, just Plat and Gold.
Wait a few days, sometimes they show up on the Hilton cards too
I have not seen many hilton spend offers on hliton cards. Only the 100 off 500 at waldorf/conrad on the aspire.
Am I the only one who cannot get any Hilton Amex Offer to show on any Hilton card ever? They always show on non-Hilton cards almost like its taunting me…
Amex tends to not show you offers for things you’ve spent on with that card in the recent past. So if you’re using the Hilton card for various Hilton family hotels, don’t expect offers on the Hilton card for the brands of Hiltons you’ve been using the card for.
Offers like these are intended by the bank companies to get new purchases, not to reward purchases that would have been made anyway.
You should be happy that they’re at least showing on other cards. Amex doesn’t seem to act as if different cards belong to the same person. Most other banks would block offers on ALL cards related to past spending on ANY card, but Amex doesn’t block offers on card X simply because you used card Y for the thing that offer is for.
i saw a marriott offer on my aspire once. 😉
