Bank of America has sent out a letter to existing Virgin Atlantic cardholders to inform them that the card will be automatically converted to the Unlimited Cash card in late October. Previously it was announced that Synchrony would be issuing the Virgin Red card going forward.
Hat tip to reader Alex
I noticed on my letter this version will have 0 foreign transaction fee, while it looks like the standard one has 3%. I guess for 99%+ of people that won’t matter, they can take the regular one for domestic spend or use the premium rewards card, but this may become my daily card if I go back overseas.
Wow that might be my fourth or fifth one, lost count.
