Barnes & Noble Cafe: $3 Off When You Use Promo Code FAVDRINK

Update: New deal for $3 off with promo code FAVDRINK

The Offer

  • Get $3 off Barnes & Noble cafe when you use the app and promo code FAVDRINK

The Fine Print

  • Credit card must be added to account
  • Limit one per customer

Our Verdict

If your order is under $3 then it’s just free. Keep in mind you still need to add a credit card to your account, otherwise the code will not work. I’ll add this to our list of ways to get free food.

There are maybe 10-20 participating locations in the app.

Seems the B&N Cafe app only works at a few select locations.

Are the majority of their locations not supported for the app/mobile ordering? I enabled location and it shows only about 25 locations throughout the country, some as far as California, but only one in my entire state of PA.

Seems YMMV, because the nearest Barnes & Noble Café shown in app is nearly 150 miles away even though there’re three BN around, unless BN Café is a different store from a regular Barnes & Noble with a café inside.

Is this one time order, or can it be shared with multiple orders on diff days?

It’s sad that BN is in the midst of a big downturn, they’ve cut their hours and staff, so, feels a bit weird to be getting free food from a company that we already use as a free library, but free is free?! 🙂

It’s not all that different from Sears still giving away free merchandise in the midst of a bankruptcy. But many promotions are budgeted, designed and scheduled far in advance. So, it’s easier to let them run their course than to go to the expense of having personnel reprogram the systems that generate them.
