Bank Bonuses
- Gadget sharing out of state bank application results. I think this is an under utilized resource page and that’s partly because there aren’t that many data points currently. Another great comment from Gadget can be found here.
- MarcoPolo sharing what counties in particular are eligible. Often this information is only available after starting to sign up for a promotion and I obviously can’t sign up for all of them so it saves everybody time when somebody comments with any location restrictions I don’t have listed.
- Arnold sharing you can get a moving pack with coupons without having to go into a post office. This is useful for that Citizens Bank bonus but moving coupons often have some good stuff in them.
- Yet Another Redditor sharing a lot of datapoints from reddit. It’s hard to be everywhere so I really prefer it when readers post datapoints on this site rather than reddit, but these really helped me try to work out the eligiblity requirements for this bonus.
Credit Cards
- Jeff sharing his experience with Citi’s 24 month eligibility rule and downgrading. This blog is nothing without the datapoints readers shared, when I posted this article that’s all I wanted and this datapoint was super useful in that respect.
Misc
- Jessica asking for advice. This is one of the reasons I love this site, hopefully I am able to help educate people on credit cards so they can make better choices for themselves when they think they have little to no other options.
- ChaseJuggler sharing detailed experience with a test drive offer. Lots of times it’s difficult to know how good/bad a deal is without actually doing it, lots of people give short responses but it’s great when somebody takes a bit more time to give a detailed review/walk through.
- Eric sharing how he stacked a few nice Amazon deals together (and made us aware of one in the process).
- Weedibix sharing some Amtrak knowledge. Really appreciate detailed comments like this, especially when I’m trying to learn about a new loyalty program.
