I did a similar offer back in October and it worked three times with no issues. But at the time it was offered to anyone whereas this is only for Plus/Total members

No, you cannot buy other 3rd party GC using BB GC.

Already used my AMEX Offer, bought 3 digital Uber card with PP to get 5% back on a Freedom card. I see Slickdeals posts doing that 3 times for a total of 9 ecards before getting denied. Used the affiliate link, thanks DoC.

You might want to note that when you use Best Buy gift cards for purchases, you do not earn Best Buy reward points for the value of the gift card used. You can imagine how exasperated I was when I bought several $100 Best Buy gift cards and my purchases did not earn points. Something to consider before falling for their gift card schemes. But other gift cards are definitely nice deals!
Best Buy rewards points aren’t a thing anymore. Unless that’s the Best Buy credit card you’re talking about
