Interesting.. I buy gift cards all the time from them and I know how you can canceled. So, I just try with 4 emails and they all work. Weird.

Does this actually stack with the Amex offer? It specifically excludes e-gift cards but I’m not sure if that’s all e-gift cards or just Best Buy ones.

In the past, in practice. it has meant to exclude Best Buy gift cards. I did try it to be the data point I wanted to see. I did not get the email that I used my Amex offer, so that is concerning, but I will report back.

I’ve used a bunch of Amex offers in the last week and only got an email for one (I actually got an email twice for the same offer) so it doesn’t seem like their email notification system is working right.

I haven’t received amex offer emails consistently for months and still received cash back. It used to be pretty reliable. No idea whats going on, but AMEX IT has gone to shit
