Our Verdict
None of the benefits really jump out at me, but at least this is a bit fun and unique.
Adding a card is not working for me on the app.
I get an error: “Card name must be null ; card number must not be null”
Is there any way around this?
I also got this error. I then logged out of the app. I also tried explicitly putting a / between month and year. Then it worked. Hope this helps!
4,000 points on 2 accounts worth $60+ – ez, fun. & innovative
On the one hand, 3k bilt points is not overwhelmingly large. On the other hand, it has cost me nothing and it’s almost reached free cat1 hyatt
The winner is linking credit/debit card for 1k points, for up to two cards. I don’t want Bilt to be able to track my purchases on other cards. Fortunately I’ve got a couple of debit cards that I never use for purchases, so it’s an easy, stress-free 2k.

You can always unlink the cards.

Doubling rent redemption vs. 1k points would have some good cashout value. I’d take that if it gets me a bit north of 1c pp.

Card link is better. Same amount of points, but just a few clicks, without a trip to the grocer stores.
Notice the 10X gas station and 5X grocery is only on March 1st.
Probably the best choice for everyone in general is linking two other cards and get 2000 points.
I will be voting for the extra PointQuest points or card linking bonus. As someone with a mortgage, the Bilt card itself is otherwise broadly useless and not worth burning a 5/24 slot, so those two are the only ones that do anything for me.
