Our Verdict
New Palladium card comes with Gold status if you spend $4,000 in the first three months, not sure how long that takes to trigger. Can also use Bilt cash to upgrade status ($150 to upgrade one tier). Saw a similar bonus last year without the upgrade option and Platinum at 100%.
These transfer bonuses are the best times to use Bilt points and one of the rare occasions when a speculative transfer can make sense.
