Bilt is nerfed and dead. It will continue to get worse from here. The downfall began in January this year when they redid the status

Imagine being this miffed about a card you don’t even hold.

Ugh VS is my worst transfer ever in points and miles game. I transferred 180k points in 2019 and have since wasted dozens of hours on the phone trying to book ANA space, then trying to get miles back after ANA cancelled due to pandemic. Now they won’t even admit they can’t access ANA J at T-14.

I even tried to book a transatlantic award of VS metal and they cancelled that on me last minute. They refunded the surcharges but not the miles so now need to call them yet again for the miles.

Their program is a complete shambles. This is my punishment for liking their chauvinist marketing

At least they don’t eat your miles like Turkish does, it all miles and smiles when they take away all the miles if you don’t use them right away since there will not be any availability and the agents just ghost you.

‘Only’ 60% to Virgin Red – even base members used to get 100% not too long ago. Also, they should just make it to Virgin Atlantic and save us the headache to manage another account number.
