Our Verdict
Bilt ran a similar promotion with United. This is low level status but might be helpful especially if you can complete the requirements for Globalist.
Did anyone get this? I reached out to Bilt because I didn’t get an email by 04/17 and they said unfortunately couldn’t;t register me? Was it just BS? My BILT account is linked with Hyatt.
Same issue. 4/27 no explorist even though I have registration email.
My account was updated today (4/10) with Explorist status through July 16

Everyone’s favorite airline – spirit 🙂 has a status matching offer which includes a Gold membership for Hyatt explorist. Anyone know if we can leverage the temp upgrade for this match.
P.S. – There is a fee for the spirit status match (of course), so looking for any previous experience.
If I have a stay for 4/15 – 4/19, will the 4/17 & 4/18 still count toward the qualify night?
i have something similar (booked on a norefundable rate) and I believe T&Cs say you have to *check in* on 4/17 for the nights to count 🙁
I see that stays at MGM and SLH count toward the 20 nights….do the MGM nights have to be booked through World of Hyatt or can they be booked through MGM and still count?

Have to book direct to get no resort fees if I am not mistaken.
I’ve booked through MGM and they count as Hyatt…gave them my # at desk…but I’ve read as long as they are connected….but I would be doubly sure.

You’re supposed to get a confirmation starting 4/1? Is there a way to see any confirmation of enrollment in this offer before that?
I’m not familiar with mattress runs. I just need to know one thing, if I book 10 nights or 20 nights in a row with points/cash (ideally a category 1), is it considered 10 nights or is it only 1 stay? Trying to figure out the fastest way to do it without doing random mattress runs and keeping count

As long as your first check-in is on or after April 17, and your last check-out is on or before July 16, you can use any combination of qualifying nights. Whether it’s 20 single nights, to one 20 night stay, and any combo in between will count.

Chase free nights does NOT count toward the offer qualifying night.

A Chase free anniversary night is absolutely not a qualifying night.
I don’t see Bilt mentions about Chase anniversary free night in their terms. Chase anniversary free night is always counted as 1 qualifying night in my Hyatt account.
Does anyone know when the status goes into effect? If I complete the 20 nights for globalist do I get globablist after checking out or when the promo ends on July 16?
IIRC, the terms said 7 days after completing the required nights.
