Capital One has announced a new partnership with Uber. The benefits are as follows:
- Savor, SavorOne, SavorOne Student, and Quicksilver Student receive 24 months of Uber One membership and 10% back on Uber and Uber Eats purchases
- Quicksilver, QuicksilverOne, and Quicksilver Secured get 6 months of Uber One membership
You must select the Capital One card as your payment method to receive the Uber One credit.
So it sounds like as of today (November 15, 2024) these Uber partnership benefits are no longer there.
Expiring. Any way to extend the benefits for free? Use a different card?
Oddly, I was credited for 5 months on quicksilver card then suddenly uber decided to charge me $5 instead of $9.99 for the sixth and last month and now Capital One won’t reimburse me for it.
1/29: $9.99, 2/5 – credited 9.99

3/29: $9.99, 4/5 – credited 9.99

Statements cut Jan 8, Feb 5, March 16. No credit at all. I should have at least received credits for the 1/2 and 2/2 charges as those would be “within 1-2 billing cycles”.

Same with mine, I just called the C1 rep is clueless and tried to brush me off by saying go contact Uber for the credit. I asked for a supervisor and filed a case.

If I don’t get a credit by month 3 I’m cancelling Uber One. I don’t even use it frequently enough to justify this long wait for the statement credit reimbursement.
