The Offer
No direct link to offer, goes live on 3/30 for Chase IHG cardholders and a few days after for everybody else
- IHG is offering 15% off award stays that last 1-3 nights.
- Must book by 4/5/22
- Valid on stays until May 12, 2023
Our Verdict
Not as good as the 20% discount we’ve previously seen. This will work with free night certificates and the 10% rebate on the old Chase IHG card. Doesn’t stack with the fourth night free benefit unfortunately.

Worked nicely for me. 47k pt night, dropped down to 39950, and that was just perfect for the Select card cert that does not allow to add extra points for the booking.
Thanks, just rebooked two nights. Saved me several thousand points.
This is a timely offer for me… need to book ~400k worth of nights that will be used during the promotional period so I actually can save some points here lol. Unbelievable!
Does this stack with 4th night free?
Holy crap, your reading comprehension sucks. Last line of DoC's post answers your question.
my bad, didn't see that lol
must be the planetary super-alignment spreading stupidity like wildfire this week
Will they honor the discount for bookings you've already made that otherwise meet the requirements? Or do they want me to waste my time and theirs by cancelling my existing booking for April 12 and rebooking it to save 15% of the points?
Weird question. How would they even do that? Automatically change your booking and refund you points for a booking you made that didn't qualify because it was done before the promo? And if it's a "waste of time" to hit the cancel and rebook buttons to save some points you probably shouldn't bother. I usually keep an eye on my bookings, whether cash or points, and rebook as many times as I need to in order to get the best deal.
Prob easier to rebook and cancel.
I just canceled and rebooked.
Great! Just rebooked a one night booking with a FNC + points!
1) devalue by 100%
2) offer members 15% back for the slowest travel period of year
3) laugh your head off
sounds like sky pesos yeet yeet
Why, IHG, why?
I need june
How does it work and what do you mean it will work with free nights?
He means a FNC booking is now 15% cheaper and he kicked in some points to make the purchase.
