Our Verdict
While there was once 100k bonus, the standard offer has lately been 75k with $5k spend (sometimes there’s a higher tier with large amounts of spend). This increased offer gives 85k with the regular $5,000 spend requirement.
(Update: now there is also a link for the 100k offer which requires $20k spend. )

There is an elevated offer, Earn 100,000 Avios when you spend $7,500 on purchases within the first 6 months (offer ends November 13, 2024), available through British Airways website.

Did this expire or is it YMMV? I’m seeing the standard offer of 75k with $5k spend for British Airways at the link above.
Looks dead to me, across multiple browsers.
The BA card seems superior with the $600 credit for BA metal YQ. Avios are interchangeable so really no reasons to get the other 2 cards, beside their SUB’s?
Card can post for itself multiple times over if you fly regularly with BA. $100 off BA tickets for economy up to 3x
Am I missing sth? I read again and again but did not see first $30k with 5x points in the offer page?
Chase refused to match this offer to a prior offer I’d signed up for, fwiw.
Just SM chase to match the offer. Let’s see if they will match it or not.
no luck here
Same 🙁
with their super high fuelcharge fees this card is never worth getting.
This card is always worth getting. You can book plenty of partner flights on BA and avoid fuel charges. I’ve used BA Avios to fly first class all around Asia on partner airlines without fuel charges. Also used Avios from MIA to Caribbean, LAX to Hawaii with no fuel charges. Fuel charges are also minimal when booking short haul international flights. I’ve flown BA metal from London to mainland Europe for practically nothing. Iberia is also great for flying US to Spain for very reasonable redemption rates at all times of the year. Charges are minimal at about $100-150 total for round trip. I’ve done this many times from MIA. Can then connect from Spain to all over the world. Avios are one of the best points out there.
i have NEVER found a flight from usa to europe with 0 or low surcharges. so not sure how you found it for nothing. in my experience esp with BA its always min $200 in fees and iberia is also terrible..iberia also has worst food.
They have very limited availability for third party airlines like AA and yes those do have low surcharges but they are hard to find.
i mostly fly to europe and have never found cheap surcharge flights.
Yeah Avios are pretty worthless. As you can only get an average of 2 personal cards per year and stay on the Ink train I see no way this card makes sense. AA seems to have 4 seats per flight to their partners. If you book the flight 11 1/2 months in advance you might get a seat on one of their flights to Europe
I’ve been using Avios for over 10 years and love them. I’ve flown Iberia many times and never had a problem. They almost always block out the middle seat so it’s just me and my partner. Iberia has a nice IFE, which is more than I can say for some other airlines. I just found a one way from MIA to Madrid with a $96 surcharge. Their food is typical economy food. I’ve never found it to be worse or better than any other economy food. You want to talk about terrible? I’ve found SwissAir and British Airways to be much worse than Iberia. I’ve also never had a problem finding AA flights on BA’s website. I’ve flown from MIA to Caribbean many times for as low as 9500 Avios, from LAX to Hawaii. Avios are also great in Asia. I’ve flown first class between Hong Kong, Japan and Seoul on Japan Airlines and Cathay for as low as 15K Avios. I’ve had great experience using Avios to connect from London and Madrid to places like Marrakech for only 4500 points.
If you don’t find value with the wide variety of ways to use Avios then you’re doing something wrong.
In will be interesting to see how the new Cardless Qatar Airways CC sign up bonus compares to these Chase CCs since you can move Avios around between all of these programs.
That just came through my inbox – 60,000 for the Infinite if you signed up for waitlist (extra 10,000).

Card earns at the following rates (first $30,000 in the first year will earn 5x points per $1 spent)
Does that mean another 150k points
I don’t see that… neither in the screenshot, nor on the application website
I did not see 5x in the detailed offer terms, did you see it? TGTBT.
Where do you see that 5x earn?
Where do you see that? I had this card last year and earned 5x Avios on BA and thought it was some mistake. A very nice mistake.
I’ve removed that now. Copy/paste from an old post – I guess there was once such an offer
What’s the detail about the earn 5x on first $30,000 in the first year? I don’t see that part in the offer.
