Chase business cards can now dispute unauthorized charges within your online login, without the need to call in, according to an email sent out today to Chase business customers. Chase personal cards have this option within the online login, and they’ve now added it to Chase business cards as well.
Just click the arrow next to the transaction amount and you’ll get a pop up which includes the option to ‘Dispute transaction’.

I recall that for consumer protections to legally cover you, disputes have to be done in writing.
