Our Verdict
We’ve seen a somewhat similar offer for $200 + 5% on groceries. Maxed out, this 10% offer would be better. We’ve also seen Grocery as a semi-frequent 5% quarterly category; it’s likely to come back during the coming year and would stack nicely for 14% back on up to $1,500 spent. It’s possible there will even be two quarters with the 14% earn, $1,500 on each.
Ultimately some people will prefer the old $200 bonus while others will easily maximize this 10x offer and prefer this $1,200/120,000 points back. That’s a $1,080 bonus (108,000 Ultimate Rewards) after discounting the regular 1% earn.
Keep in mind while these cards talk about cash back you actually earn Chase Ultimate Rewards points. This means if you have an annual fee card such as Chase Sapphire Preferred, Chase Sapphire Reserve, Chase Ink Plus or Chase Ink Preferred then you can transfer these points to travel partners. Sapphire Reserve cardholders can also use these points for the Chase Pay Yourself back feature to make them worth 1.25¢ each; or they can redeem them at 1.5¢ each via the Chase Travel portal.
The 0% APR also sweetens the deal as an interest-free loan, though it’s not as useful as on business cards because carrying a balance on a personal card can put a temporary significant downgrade to your credit score. There is a chance that this offer will become available via referral links at some point which would be sweet, but it’s hard to know.
I’m considering signing up for this offer as I’m under 5/24. However, I do already have a Freedom Flex and I can’t recall at the moment whether Chase approves new Freedom cards for those who already have one. the terms say they won’t approve you if you already have the card. You can product change away a current Freedom Flex and then become eligible to apply after a few days.
Unfortunately a lot of readers won’t be eligible for these cards/bonus due to the Chase 5/24 rule. We will still be adding this to our list of the best credit card bonuses.

Update: a reader shares a consistent link to get the 10x deal to show.
This deal has been dead for over a month. Not sure why its still listed
Updated as Expired
Remove from best cc list also.
Will do
I can’t replicate the offer. Appears to be dead, as some others have said.
It appears that the offer is no longer available. Tried the persistent link in Chrome incognito mode on 10/18/24. Please post if you can make it work some other route.
Seems to have expired? Link is redirected to general credit card page.
10% doesn’t show up in the account or the brochures but confirmed with agent over the phone that the promo is activated.
Any data points of this offer being available through referrals?
The link in the comments still working. Applied using the below link in Private browser.
Posting here for everyone to use.

Account opened but still yet to confirm if the offer has been applied. The least amount of credit limit offered ($500) even after 100k combined credit limit of all cards. Not enough to hit 12k yearly target.
If the promo is applied, then I will request for credit limit increase after 6 months.
The 10% Promo on Grocery Stores worked for me. I am receiving 10% CB
This link isn’t working for me anymore. Anyone still having success with it?
Not working for me either.
How to max out the bonus? I spent less than 4000 for groceries last year
Buy Gift cards. If you are not sure what you need then buy Visa gift cards $500 denominator.
Use Visa gift cards to Pay for property tax or use them everywhere to buy stuff from other stores.
DP 8/19/24 – Applied & approved today for the 10x grocery offer using the link below (bottom of post). Chase confirmed the offer via phone.
Do you mean the link in the post or in the comments? I can’t get it to work after multiple tries..
KyleC At the bottom of the post, there’s an update that leads to this comment: https://www.doctorofcredit.com/contact-us/#comment-1847903 that has a link. I see the offer at the link provided but not sure everyone does.
Very delayed DP but my application got stuck in “we think it’s fraud so we declined it” loop.
Applied Jul 29 using the direct link, first transaction posted Aug 15 with confirmed 10% earn rate.
