Do I understand correctly that, as the Chase Ink is a BUSINESS credit cars, I AM legally liable for fraudulent charges (see, e.g., http://www.clarkhoward.com/why-entrepreneurs-should-avoid-business-credit-car )? If that is NOT the case, can you please refer me to something official about this (e.g., I cannot find anything about not being liable for fraudulent charges on the Chase Ink website)? Thanks!!!

So sorry, I meant to say “BUSINESS credit card,” not “BUSINESS credit cars.”
Yes, INK is a business card.
My understanding is that the banks usually cover fraudulent charges on business cards as well, but I can’t point you to any official terms.
Thank you for your reply.
